After serving his country for two years, Super Junior’s Heechul will finally be returning to his fans but he expressed his wish for a quiet discharge from the army.

Heechul, who served his mandatory military time as a public service worker, will be discharged later this month on August 30th. The original date of discharge was August 31 but as it fell on a Saturday, Heechul will be discharged a day earlier.

SM Entertainment said that Heechul wishes to end his military service in a quiet manner without fanfare. He felt that serving the nation was something that every Korean male should do, and doesn’t wish for a fussy ceremony from the media and fans.
